Unused cases in original packaging are eligible for return within the window below. Incorrect phone model orders can be exchanged for the right fit.

How returns and refunds work
Follow these steps to request a return authorization and shipping label. Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned case.
Eligibility
Eligible cases must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Incorrect phone model orders are eligible for exchange.
Requesting a return
Contact our support team to request a return authorization and shipping label. Include your order number and the phone model you ordered.
Inspection and refund timing
Returned cases are inspected on arrival. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection is complete.
