How it is made

From strand to finished case

Step one

Layering the weave

High-tensile carbon-fiber strands are laid into woven layers, then arranged to match each phone model's dimensions before curing.

Step two

Vacuum forming and curing

The layered material is pressed into shape under precise heat and pressure, locking the weave into a rigid composite case body.

Step three

CNC edge trimming and finishing

Machined edges are trimmed for exact port alignment, then finished with a matte protective coat that keeps the textured weave feel intact.

Our commitment

Genuine weave, never a simulated surface.

We build with real carbon-fiber composites because the material itself is what protects your phone. A printed carbon look is not the same thing, and we do not sell it as one.
